Zoom Baby Gear Policies Your satisfaction is very important to us. We try to offer the very best items possible, but we understand that occasionally you may need to exchange an item. Please be assured that customer service is of the greatest importance to us. We are always willing to work with individuals to ensure their satisfaction. Please include your telephone number with all inquiries. Thank you for your purchase. Please see our specific policies below. Returns/Exchanges/Refunds Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit and must be received within 21 days of shipment of item. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with original packaging and all original tags attached. Shipping for returned items is not refundable. Please contact us at info@zoombabygear.com for return address and shipping instructions. We regret we are unable to offer refunds on purchases at this time. Please read all descriptions carefully and e-mail us if you have a question about an item before you buy it. Defective items If you feel a ZoomBabyGear item contains a flaw that affects its function, please contact us at info@zoombabygear.com Defective items will be replaced at no charge to the purchaser. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, minor sewing variations are not considered flaws. Broken items If a snap, grommet, d-ring or zipper breaks during normal use within 1 year of purchase, the item will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the purchaser. After one year, items can be repaired for a nominal materials fee. Seconds Items described as second quality are sold as is and are not returnable. Liability Please use our products as intended. Inspect items frequently for loose or broken snaps, grommets, d-rings or zippers, and return promptly for repair/replacement. Zoom Baby Gear cannot be held liable for improper or unsupervised use or misuse of our products. Products should be used by responsible adults only. Supervise children at all times during diaper changes. Do not allow children to play with Zoom Baby Gear carabiners. Carabiners are not for climbing use. Do not place any item over a child’s face or head due to suffocation risk. Do not allow children to chew or mouth any Zoom Baby Gear item. Do not place any Zoom Baby Gear product in a crib where a child is sleeping. Shipping Shipping is calculated in the cart as you add items. It is based on the combined price of the items and so will vary from order to order. Shipping is free for orders over $100. For local pickup, enter local_pickup in the code box at checkout to have shipping charges removed.
In-stock items are packaged and shipped several times a week. Occasionally there will be a delay before your package ships. If the delay before shipping is longer than 1 week, you will be notified at the e-mail address given when you paid. We use USPS first class shipping for parcels less than 13 oz. Parcels over 13 oz. are sent USPS parcel post. We use USPS Priority Mail at our discretion, based on package size, weight and shipping distance. If you are in a hurry, please let us know so we can expedite the shipping of your order if possible. It is also possible to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail with an additional fee.
