Zoom Baby Gear

I started using cloth diapers on my own "zoom baby" when she came home in 2003. I soon discovered how much cloth diapering had changed since the old days of pins & plastic pants. I learned how much fun it was to make custom diapers for her using the softest natural fabrics (and the coolest prints!). She doesn't need diapers anymore, but I still enjoy helping other families choose cloth. So Zoom Baby Gear is my way to stay connected to cloth diapering families and offer unique cloth diapers along the way.


I am a local cloth diaper advocate, Real Diaper Association business member and accredited Diaper Circle Leader. I host periodic cloth diaper circles, providing a supportive (and fun) environment for parents who want to succeed with cloth diapers. I am on the board of directors of the Real Diaper Association, a national 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. I also help mamas learn how to sew their own diapers through free demonstrations, classes and offer free instructions. I am committed to helping put more babies into cloth diapers.


I am excited to have opened a Zoom Baby Gear retail shop. Having a store gives me even more opportunities to help families choose cloth diapers. I stock many work-at-home-mom (WAHM), local and small company items including hand-knitted and recycled wool, wet bags, wipes, diaper covers, fitted diapers and more. I also have the affordable basics everyone needs. Not sure what you need or where to start? Pick up some free handouts, or just stop by for a chat. I love to talk about cloth diapers!
