If you want to absorb a lot of liquid, use hemp. But if you want to absorb liquid quickly, use microfiber. Loopy-Do Prewashed Inserts feature the best of both worlds in one trim, fast-drying insert. Made with 2 layers of thirsty hemp terry plus two layers of ultra-thick white microfiber, these inserts are made to hold a lot.

Better still, the hemp has been prewashed. These can be used immediately and washed right away with all of your diapers.
