Zoom Baby Gear owner Cynthia Thompson holds regular meetings of Portland's Real Diaper Circle. Accredited by the Real Diaper Association, she provides an open forum for parents to discuss cloth diapers, participate in local advocacy projects and socialize with other local families. Sewing classes are also held every few months, with free patterns and instructions provided. These "sewing bees" are a great opportunity for sharing tips & tricks for making your own cloth diapers.
